Formatting Guide

• Use --- on its own line to start a new section card
• Write a contact name, then phone on the next line (starting with + or digits)
• Add hours or notes on the line after the phone number
• Start a line with an emoji for a visual bullet point
• Lines with only digits (e.g. 123, 180) are treated as emergency numbers
